Err, well - some of you may have noticed...but aside from the RAW providers, the only regular staff member other than me is ju-da-su...
So, after months of editing everything and translating here and there...I've decided that we desperately need some help. The cause? A recent wave of available RAWs.
So, I'd like to point out who we'd like, and how many slots I'd like to fill
Japanese x English Translator (1)
Someone who's diligent and will work at an acceptable rate for translations (2-3 weeks per chapter, since we all have lives). This Position is for translating the ToS manga.
Cleaner (2...3 if there's a flood, but I doubt that)
Someone who already knows how to clean manga (which includes using the Clone Stamp Tool to redraw) or someone who is willing to learn. Photoshop is the desired program for this position - the difficulty of the RAW will determine if you get to clean -- If you have previous background, please show an example of your work
Typesetter
Not yet~ I'm not gonna give up my power yet~ One day, I might open this slot, but as for now, I'd like to oversee this.
Well, there we go - if you can help - Please, comment! We can quicken the rate of releases if we have more (diligent) members~!

I've cleaned manga before so I could help with cleaning.
I'm currently learning Japanese right now, so I don't know how much help I can be, but I'll try
Also, if you want, I can translate some other languages...mostly through the use of online translators, but if it would help you, I'll do it
Heheh, me donating multiple volumes of TOS is cauing you to expand :( sorry. I've cleaned and redrawn the negima manga for my own benifit, are you looking for before and after proof or what?
Hopefully, the only thing with the TOS raws will be the redrawing and maybe slight leveling.

@ kaiyashe: Mind to show some past work? I'm gonna get you in no matter what, but I just want to see what you can do.

@nagi: Hwa~ That's wonderful - so...since the RAWs of the rest of Vol. 1 are HQ clean...I don't think there's much there - unless I hit some trouble.
Here're the chapter 7 RAWs - you can resize it so that the width is 1000 - if you can, you can also try to find a way to fix the blurriness that accompanies the resizing:

well... tell me if I'm wrong but cleaning manga consists in just deleting text and adjusting levels? if that's so... i can be the third cleaner... i have knowledge in photoshop and if it consists in something else... tell me and i'll be willing to learn....

no, the french scan team didn't do them, I don't think they did the first vol scans either but another group did the first chapter with the scans from vol.1 though. They're only 2 comics one page each for each volume
